Hi Joe!
I’m not sure if you know, but I am studying abroad in Florence, Italy this semester. Last weekend, Brigid Bowser was able to come and visit! She is studying abroad in Spain. I wanted to send along a picture of us in the center of Florence (behind us is part of the Duomo- the huge cathedral in the center of Florence). It was great to see her and surreal that we were together in Italy. CMASS develops life long friends!
I am really enjoying my time in Italy. I am living with a host family and they are great. Luckily they speak English very well. My host mother makes the best dinners every night- the food here might be my favorite part, its so fresh! Next week I have a mid-semester break and am headed to Geneva, Switzerland and Athens, Greece. I am so excited.
